Beaches of LLANES

BEACH OF GULPIYURI

The beach of Gulpiyuri is located on the north from Naves. This natural beach has one peculiarity, it forms an isolated space from the open sea, which it communicates with underground. Declared Natural Monument itself, supposes an indispensable visit for tourists approaching to the council of Llanes.

BEACH OF SAINT ANTOLÍN

The beach of Saint Antolín, where you can access on a walk from the hotel, is situated just next to the hotel. From this point you can admire a nice and exceptional panoramic view of oriental asturian coast. Around, the Romanesque Monastery of Saint Antolín of Bedón, built on final XII century.

BEACH OF NIEMBRO

Also call Toranda, located at the surroundings of cliffs and green meadows, which has a length of 300 m.

BEACH OF CELORIO

Celorio counts with 8 beaches, just few kilometres from Llanes. Some of them get together and united among when low tide. The ones get united are: Portiellu, Saint Martin, Priests, The Cameras, Palombina, Borizu, The Tayada and Troenzo.

BEACH OF POO

Beach of Poo is situated 1.5km of Llanes. Poo has got this beach shell-shaped sheltered by the cliffs which not allow the entrance of open sea swell.

BEACH OF GUADAMIA

The river that leads at it, marks the border among the councils of Ribadesella and Llanes. Its environment with large cliffs of rock limestone and especially the buffons of Pría, make this beach an incomparable touristic attraction.

BEACH OF THE HUELGA

Located to the north of Hontoria and Villahormes locations. Highlights, as many other beaches in this council, because its sinuous forms caused for the limestone river rocks, that leads in it.

BEACH OF BARRO

Situated 8 km from Llanes. This magnificent beach highlights for been flanked for two islets, which increase its attraction and protects the coast from the open sea.
